Route 28 & South Shore Rd Loop.
Location: Inlet / Old Forge
Distance: 23 mile loop
Difficulty: Beginner / Intermediate
Description: South Shore Rd. is mostly beginner with small rolling hills, one big hill and is not heavily traveled. Rt. 28 is rolling hills with 3' shoulders and heavily traveled.
Big Moose Road out & back
Location:Eagle Bay off of Rt. 28
Distance: 16 mile loop
Difficulty: Intermediate
Description: This is a rolling steady climb up to Big Moose Station were the road turns to gravel and goes on to Stillwater.
Moose River Road & Hogsback Road loop
Location: Just past the Moose River Bridge off of Rt. 28 in McKeever
Distance: 35 miles loop
Difficulty: Beginner
Description: This Rolling road goes along the Moose River for a few miles for some great scenic views and then cuts away. You can take the Moose River Rd. to Boonville and then the Hogsback Road back to Route 28 in Woodgate to create a loop. You can also follow the Moose river Rd. to Port Leyden.

Route 28N/30 and Route 28 loop
Location: Long Lake, Newcomb, Minerva, North Creek, Indian Lake, Blue Mountain Lake
Distance: 80 mile loop
Difficulty: Easy to Intermediate (for distance riders)
Description: The entire distance to North Creek is designed for the bike enthusiasts with designated bike routes marked on the road shoulders.
North Point Road out & back
Location: 3.2 mi. southwest of the Long Lake Town Hall off Route 30.
Distance: 18.5 miles if you park at Buttermilk Falls (a very short walk from NP road), 23 miles total from Rt 30.
Difficulty: Beginner
Description: A series of gradually rolling hills along a smooth road with little traffic that takes you to the north end of Raquette Lake. Camping is allowed on State land bordering this road in designated areas.
